I've been very happy with the technicians on every visit. Personable, knowledgeable, not afraid or unpleasant when asked questions, no pressure tactics for repairs or parts. Just straightforward maintenance and repair work, in ridiculous heat and nasty cold, up on the roof.
This maintenance visit for the furnace, Andrew was efficient, outgoing, and very informative. He asked me about any concerns, and when I mentioned we were having runny noses and sneezing when the heat comes on, he knew right where to look and showed me what it needed. He explained in clear terms the relative importance of cleaning that section of the system.
Overall, I recommend them for professionalism, no scare or pressure tactics, consistency in scheduling, and reasonable choices and prices regarding system repairs and upgrades.
