Today we had scheduled maintenance to the furnace done and Brandon Cornejo was the technician. He was absolutely fabulous and explained the different areas of the furnace he was testing and what he was looking for. I felt really informed and great customer service. I've been very happy with the technicians on every visit. Personable, knowledgeable, not afraid or unpleasant when asked questions, no pressure tactics for repairs or parts. Just straightforward maintenance and repair work, in ridiculous heat and nasty cold, up on the roof.
This maintenance visit for the furnace, Andrew was efficient, outgoing, and very informative. He asked me about any concerns, and when I mentioned we were having runny noses and sneezing when the heat comes on, he knew right where to look and showed me what it needed. He explained in clear terms the relative importance of cleaning that section of the system.
Overall, I recommend them for professionalism, no scare or pressure tactics, consistency in scheduling, and reasonable choices and prices regarding system repairs and upgrades. The yearly package is well worth it for the peace of mind and working knowledge and awareness of such an integral part of home comfort and indoor air quality.

Ever since installation 7 years ago, each inspection has found something they recommended we repair or add, BUT the system has worked perfectly in hot and cold seasons and never failed. My wife and I bought a new house, and it turns out we had the original furnace and AC unit from 30 years ago. Johnny came out to just give me an estimate, but then heard how old my unit was, and before giving me a price he sent out Leo, who came out and took pictures and looked in depth at my furnace unit. It turns out the coils were rusted and corroded. Not something a new homeowner wants to hear, but it wasn’t something we even knew about until Big Mountain came out. Other companies didn’t even look at the inside of the unit. Overall, very happy with their service.
