Requirements:
Successful candidates for the Residential Service technician position are highly motivated and skilled technicians who are able to solve problems on site. HVAC Installers and Apprentices

**INSTALLERS NEEDED**

Job Summary: Looking for energetic, hard-working, and motivated candidates to assist our lead installers in installing HVAC units. Experience is not necessary to become an apprentice installer, as we are willing to train.

Pay: $14-20 per hour, depending on experience.  Lead installers can make $20-30+ per hour, depending on experience.  Opportunity for monthly bonuses/incentives.

Requirements:

Successful candidates for the Apprentice HVAC Installer position are highly motivated individuals who are willing, and able, to learn quickly. You must be willing to go above and beyond to provide a high level of customer service to our clients.

Additional requirements of the Apprentice HVAC Installer role include:

  • Moderate to heavy lifting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DMV check
Dispatching Specialist

Job Summary: Dispatchers are a key factor in our success. To work in our call center, candidates must have attention to detail, be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns and offer world class customer service on all phone calls.

Job Description: As Dispatcher you will be scheduling and dispatching HVAC techs or to customers’ homes/businesses.

Schedule: Full Time with a weekend rotation schedule between other dispatchers.

Job Requirements: Candidate must have 3+ years’ experience dispatching. Must have computer skill ability and a strong phone presence. Dispatchers must also have strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion to help customers to provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Outbound Sales Representative

Job Requirements: Candidates must have attention to detail, be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns. 1+ year of call center and telemarketing background preferred. Strong communication skills and high energy/enthusiasm a MUST! Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus!

Good Rebates

This is a review for a complete HVAC system replacement from Big Mountain. I started at the SMUD website looking for the best rebate program and found a list of contractors there. I vetted out companies that had a lower number of completed jobs per the SMUD rebate program data.
